RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY


Eligibility for Returns


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

a) The return request is initiated within [3] days of receiving the product(s).
b) The item(s) being returned are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
c) Any accessories, tags, or labels originally attached to the item(s) remain intact.


Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our customer support team via [email/phone number] to notify them of your intention to return the item(s). Please provide the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
b) Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RMA) and any necessary return shipping instructions.
c) Securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging materials, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
d) Ship the item(s) back to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
e) Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 6.1.


Refund Options


If your return is approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.


Exchanges


In the case of an eligible exchange, we will process the replacement item(s) promptly. If the requested item(s) are unavailable, we will provide you with alternatives or issue a refund for the returned item(s).


Non-Returnable Items


Certain items may be non-returnable or final sale due to hygiene reasons, perishability, customization, or other restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as such on the product page, and they are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Additional Instructions


a) We apologize . We do not accept the return request for bonded bodysuits because we can not ensure that every customer wears bottoms when they put on the bodysuits and we promise that we will not sell any used clothes to anyone.
b)We can help you change sizes if the bonded bodysuit doesn't fit you to protect your shopping rights and you need to be responsible for shipping costs. So, please make sure you choose the right size before checking out.
c)If you insist on returning…we can not support giving you a full refund due to the above policy that we can not ensure that every customer wears bottoms when they put on the bodysuits and we promise that we will not sell any used clothes to anyone, so, we will deduct part of the original amount and refund the rest of the money to you.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within [1] days of receiving the product(s). We may require photographic evidence or further information to assess the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Return Shipping Costs


Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage for your records.
